Database encryption

Hello everybody,

several customers are asking for the possibility of having encryption systems for both the "Therefore" database and the documents stored in the storage (.thex / .thec files).

The intent is to protect customer data and their documents with maximum security even in the event of unwanted access to the servers of the document platform.

Several articles on the web, e.g .:

https://www.tripwire.com/state-of-security/security-data-protection/role-of-encryption-in-gdpr-compliance/

They explain that "Although it is not mandatory, it is still seen as a best practice for the protection of personal data."
