To manage the life cycle of the CASES, we create CASES by year. When creating the new year's CASE, we sometimes have to copy documents from the previous year. Overall, this represents a large volume (several hundred documents). It should be possible to make this copy as easily as possible by the user and more simply than opening each document in the Viewer Therefore and doing "save as...".
The solution would be to apply a workflow to a set of selected documents in the Therefore Navigator, with a "copy document" task. The "copy document" task should be configurable like the "change category (automatic)" task. The workflow task allows to configure the indexing of the document in the new case.
